This gorgeous MONTHLY RENTAL unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a large kitchen including stainless-steel appliances, (Refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave) along with a washer and dryer inside of the home.

But WAIT!!!!! You can enjoy sitting outside on one of the three patios of this two-level home while watching the sunrise or set and listen to the bay splashing waves. This property has its own private access to the bay where you can enjoy quiet walks, or having fun in the sun. There is also access to the shared outdoor shower located on the first level deck. Perfect Family Getaway

Not only was the house perfect for our family of six, but having access to the bay side of the ocean was the added bonus we didn't realize we'd enjoy so much! The water was typically calm with no rip current or undertoe to worry about, yet the kids still had a blast playing in the small waves. They loved seeing the dolphins and fish as well as all of the large ships passing by. It was such a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of tourist places yet close enough to make the drive bearable. We'd rent again if we decide to head back!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time on our stay. Very clean and well kept. Loved it was located right on the beach! Beach chairs and toys were supplied! Had everything we needed to our family trip!

Other Listings Use the Term, But This Really IS on the Beach!

Exactly what we wanted. Right in the dunes of Chesapeake Bay, this unit is simple and functional and the beach wasn't crowded and busy, but quiet and relaxing. Lots of interesting stuff to do in town and only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach. Really enjoyed our time here!!
