Cocoonr is offering this charming 23m² studio for rent in Villarembert, part of the Corbier ski resort. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and boasts views of the slopes. The residence is right on the slopes! Situated on the 10th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 18 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette and a shower room. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The studio is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed separated by a curtain
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

Outdoors:
- A communal outdoor heated swimming pool, offering stunning views of the mountains and the slopes. It features a relaxation area with hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna. Open daily during the ski season (December to April)
- A 3 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The studio is ideally situated in Villarembert, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- A nursery school right next to the building
- Tourist Office: just a 5-minute walk away.
- An ideal resort for families: enjoy a covered shopping arcade linking the lower and upper parts of the resort. You’ll find all the shops and services you need in a 100% pedestrianised area.
- The Sybelles ski area offers a wide range of activities: Explor Games, snow park, ski schools, play areas, snowmobile rides, gym, bowling, cinema, swimming pool, games room, paragliding, dog sled rides, snowshoeing, and much more!

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne railway station is the closest to the residence. It is about a 25-minute drive away
- Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc Airport is 1½ hours away, whilst Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport is a 2-hour drive away

- Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the residence
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
