This was a very nice place. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It is definitely in a neighborhood with surrounding properties, but it was very quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub after days spent biking the trails around Franklin, Brentwood and Nashville. We would totally stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! From the moment we checked in, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and true to the listing description. The real star was the hot tub! Was ready to go when we arrived. The host was exceptionally responsive and provided super clear instructions for everything, including how to operate hot tub cover and controls. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

We stayed here for just one night. The house is beautiful. It is very neatly arranged. The beds are very comfortable. The cottage is in a great location if you like the quiet countryside setting. We loved it. Will definitely go back.

Was exactly what we were looking for .Beautiful cottage , so peaceful and private .All the amenities were perfect ,we enjoyed playing guitars around the fire pit , hot tub was inviting !! Modern appliances made it so easy to make a few meals at "home" . We would and have recommended everybody should check it out . Thank you to our fantastic host

The house was clean, uncluttered, small in size, but rooms were roomy. Very peaceful country setting. The hottub was an added benefit, easy to open and operate. Host was responsive and we would definitely stay again. If you want a place away from the downtown Nashville craziness, this is it!

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO property! The home was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was set up perfectly, which made our trip relaxing and enjoyable from the moment we arrived.The hosts were outstanding with communication. They were quick to respond, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in their property. Situated in the rolling hills of the TN country side, this is a great property to get a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house is quaint and quiet, tidy and well apportioned. While not a long distance from either Leiper’s Fork or Franklin, understand that it’s roughly a 20-25 min drive to either spot due to winding country roads. That said, the drive to both Leiper’s Fork and Franklin is breathtaking as you drive past countless horse farms. Highly recommend.

Such a cute house! Had everything we needed. Stayed with our 2 kids to break up a long drive from MO to NC. Kids were so excited for the hot tub and hammock. Also had a few games to keep them busy. We loved the decor. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely love this quiet little spot. Super clean bright and refreshing. Love enjoying the hot tub for the very relaxing cold evenings. Bed is not to most comfortable but very much enjoyed this spot.
