A fenced yard for your enjoyment or if need be a pet. The house os centrally located and very close to The Livery Bowl, Botanic Garden, Medical District and amenities including the shops and restaurants of Highland Row and Cooper Young.

This so a duplex and you will have an entire side.

You can hear the guests on the other side of the duplex.
This is also near train tracks.
