Great Place

Functional room with nice features which come in handy (iron and board). No problems checking in. The bed is memory foam which I’m not used to which means it doesn’t give much. I was worried I would have trouble sleeping on it, but I slept well. Location is quiet for the most part. It’s located toward the back of a subdivision so there is a little added drive time to get to a highway. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but that’s not what you’re paying for. It’s a nice alternative to a hotel.

Spring efficiency

Nice overall, very helpful and available host. Spotlessly clean. The description is a bit off. It promises two bedrooms but is one great room with a very comfortable Queen, along with an undersized and somewhat worn futon. There are no separate bedrooms. Could sleep two adults and two younger children at most, as long as privacy within the group is not an issue (close family). Worth the money as long as you know what you are getting.
