Great place to stay! We had everything we needed & was nice to have tv in each room. We were close to a lot of local shops and restaurants. Our truck did not fit in the garage so parking was a little tight in the lot next door but we made it work.

The location was great for parking your car in the garage and walking. It’s a great neighborhood location for exploring Germantown. We appreciated being able to take our dog. The beds, even the bunk bed, were comfortable.

Finding the location was easy as long as your followed the direction the owner gives with the confirmation email. Parking was great, loved that the garage space was avaliable. Made for easier parking and made me feel safer un an unknown area. Pet friendly house ( thanks for being pet friendly)! Place was clean and very welcoming. Would recommend this place over & over again.

So close to Baxter and Bardstown restaurants and nightlife. Excellent bakery and cafe around the corner, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. A dog park and a dog park bar are close by if you bring your fur kid. We absolutely loved this VRBO.

This was a great place to stay for our quick girls trip to Louisville. We didn't realized it when we booked, but this was central to almost everything we did in town. It seemed everything was only a few miles away. The coffee shop around the corner was fantastic. Just down the street, there is a fantastic antique/flea market. The property itself was clean and comfortable. The EV Charger was a wonderful amenity. We used the firepit in the backyard twice and it was a wonderful and relaxing way to end the day. Note: There is some water damage in the bathroom, so if you have mold sensitivity this place may not be great for you. I had to take allergy medicine the entire stay to reduce my reaction to the water damaged room.

The whole place was perfect for us. For me, the driver, it was incredible to have a garage to park in. A couple of recommendations: for safety, get a larger floor mat for outside of the shower. The one that's there is too small to stand on and effectively dry yourself off. Clean up the outdoor space and maybe include some chairs that are easier to get in and out of (for older folks like us). We didn't need to use this space this trip, but it would be nice for a return visit.

Perfect place for my daughter and I during our stay. Loved having the garage to park in, beds were comfortable, and there was everything else we needed. Also took advantage of the bikes to explore the area.

We spent a very comfortable two nights here. The king bedroom was great with nice bedding and a thick mattress topper. The garage parking was very convenient, the living space was clean and comfortable. Thank you for being dog friendly, we very much enjoyed being able to have our dog along for our stay. Check in was smooth and easy.

I’ve always had a passion for real estate and travel, and this property is a reflection of both. When I came across this amazing space, I knew I wanted to design it with travelers in mind. As someone with a large family of six (plus pets!), I understand what makes a stay comfortable and memorable. We travel often and stay at VRBOs, so when creating this space, I enlisted my kids to help brainstorm what works best for guests of all ages.
