Fenced garden. In a former Clos des Capucins, a building listed in the Bâtiments de France and renovated into 22 dwellings, at the entrance to the medieval village of Conflans, garden level gite with independent access and a private, fenced garden. Shared parking for the condominium. Shops, restaurants and services in Albertville, craft shops and restaurants in Conflans. Overlooking the town of Albertvillen at 500 m, a privileged location to discover the region in all seasons: downhill skiing at 25 km (Crest-Voland/Val d'Arly - Hauteluce Les Saisies/Espace Diamant - Arêches Beaufort), Nordic area of Les Saisies at 30 km. Hiking in the Belledonne massif, Val d'Arly or the Massif des Bauges Natural Park. Cycle routes and cycle paths, leisure center with swimming lakes in the valley.
