Remodeled Condo, with Main Channel View! Osage Beach!

Over 1,500 sqft condo in the heart of Osage Beach. Our unit is completely renovated! You’ll love the size of the kitchen with granite, tile, newer stainless appliances and all the cooking equipment you’ll need! Enjoy the water front view from the 5th floor, in our large screened in deck, high top table, grill, corn toss, ping pong, and games! Good news there is an ELEVATOR and wagon to help you unpack, pack and go to the pool! Full size washer and drawer, newer linens , towels and bedding NEW COUCH. Full size dinning room table, TV’s in every room w/cable & Ruku, fireplace in living. Minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, shopping, golf courses, go carts, etc…. Our condo sleeps 7 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children comfort. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed. 3 beds/2 Baths. We do have an optional blow up mattress to sleep additional 2 people.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn water off at the breaker box and at the waterline. Signs are put up in the laundry room to remind you.
Trash must be taken to the trash bin on top of the hill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the condo. No pets allowed in the condo. When grilling, move grill away from bldg so it does not catch the building on fire.
Trash must be emptied when vacating condo. Large trash bin on the deck that can be used daily, bin must be emptied when leaving to dumpster on hill.
NO Trailer parking. Surdyke offers trailer parking. Chris Schultz at 1099 Runabout Dr. $2.00 a day if under 10 days. His number is xxx-xxx-xxxx.

The place was amazing and communication with the owners was great. I had a slight emergency and was able to call the Quigleys and adjust plans with no problem. We will hopefully be able to stay again next year. Great place , close to lots of things to do and amazing views!!!

The property location is perfect, close enough to the action but far enough away to relax. Teresa was great to work with and communicated very well. The grill and blackstone was definitely a nice added feature to the condo as many don’t have them at all.

Ozark stay

We loved the place it was exactly as described! Teressa was a great host and we will definitely be booking again when we come back. Only downside was it got really hot and the ac wasn’t the best but we had the lake and pool so it didn’t really matter.

The view of the main channel was great and the layout and decor was nice. However, there was no room in any of the cabinets for our groceries and no closet space in the master and trundle bed room to hang our clothes. 3rd bedroom had a closet but only 2 hangers. It needs an overall thorough cleaning. The couch was very uncomfortable and hard to get on and off because it was so low. Floors & carpet were dirty. The lint filter on the dryer was packed with lint that looked like it had been there for a month. We had to pay a 200 cleaning fee so it should have been spotless for that amount. Also, it was listed as a screened in deck but we were informed the night before our arrival that the screens had been removed for painting and siding repair. That was one of the reasons we rented it. We will not rent this particular condo again.

Casey I’m sorry you had this experience with us, I would like to explain. We stock are kitchen for the guest that might want to cook during their stay. Mix-master, Airfyer, crockpot, 2 different coffee pots etc.. Blenders, etc... Most guest stay for a short time, we have plenty of counter space to place groceries. That was our logic for not leaving the cabinets empty. Since your review I have opened up the other closet, and included hangers. We have dressers in every room that is always open for guest to use to put their clothes in. Now we have 2 closets open and all the dressers. Our cleaning person has been with us since we have owned our condo for 5 years. She normally does a wonderful job with cleaning. I have alerted her that you felt it needed a thorough cleaning. We will do better for all guest! I was surprised about the screens myself and was not notified this would be done. We knew of the exterior work, but not about the screens. I think we got off on the wrong foot with the screens. We do wish you had a better experience with us. We can always be better and will strive to be! Teressa

Summer Vacation Round 1

We have stayed in this area for over 30 years and this is one of the nicest properties we have found. Great pool, easy access to boat dock, parking close to building and elevator too! CLEAN and spacious!

Great Stay

My family enjoyed this condo during our Ozarks stay. I have two teenage sons and it was nice to have separate bedrooms for them. We had everything we needed. The listing was accurate and the place was very nice. We found a lot of enjoyment on the huge balcony overlooking the lake. This condo was also a close drive to all the attractions we went to. Overall, it was a great stay

Beautiful kitchen!

Communication was wonderful, Check Anne was easy. Great location next to port 20 for boat rentals. There were some maintenance issues. The top drawer of the dishwasher was not there, blinds were broken, just a few minor details like that. But it was a very comfortable stay nice and cozy.

Summer Family Vaca

The condo was beautiful and fit our family of 6 perfectly. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic! The pool area was nice. Also having an elevator and a wagon to help carry in supplies was very beneficial being on the 5th floor. Spent every morning sitting on the deck drinking coffee was so relaxing.
