Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Welcome to unit #356! Our 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a microwave.
And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to this condo, & again had a wonderful stay! Love the proximity to town, restaurants & shopping. Love the built in entertainment of watching the boats & the lift bridge!Small improvement suggestion would be a fan for the downstairs bedroom.Overall, love this place!

Great location but dated property.

The location of this unit is great for enjoying downtown Charlevoix and the water. However, the property is dated, as the carpet is heavily stained, the upstairs toilet did not work properly, sky lights are dirty, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Charlevoix for a family wedding and the Edgewater complex was a very convenient place to stay. Unit 356 was clean and the complex was within walking distance of the main street. One thing to note is that the unit is located very close to the drawbridge. We loved watching the boat and bridge activity, but it was loud. Cars and trucks crossing the bridge are loud and then the bridge's siren and movement are loud.
