Welcome to unit #341! Our large corner 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette, with a mid-size fridge, a 4 burner stovetop, and a microwave.
With seating for 7, the ambience of the fireplace, extra windows and a balcony for you to enjoy as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Winterish getaway.

Great location, awesome view of the harbor, close walk to restaurants and stores. We did the winter rafting trip on the Jordan river, highly recommend. Overall great place.

The dishes in the condo were not microwave safe and there was no oven, but otherwise accommodations were excellent. The deck had a beautiful view. Unfortunately the sideboard in the dining area collapsed with a loud crash and breaking of glass which woke us in the middle of our last night there. After we swept up the broken glass we went back to bed, but that was a scary experience.

The furniture and carpet have not been changed in a long time and it showed. The entire unit had a musty odor that was unpleasant and detectable in every room. That said, the location and views from the unit are unbeatable. We hope the owners will do some updating soon!One last thing, we were surprised and somewhat dismayed that there was no staff or security present in the Edgewater at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and had an exceptional view. Maybe a bit dated in the bathroom but did not take away from the stay. I was disappointed with the customer service. I left at least 5 voice mails on the answering service since nobody could answer the call prior to our stay and not one was returned. I simply has some basic questions. Also, on my original call, the price i was quoted was lower than what the website showed when I booked the room. When I called back to inquire, I was told the website was correct and he couldn't hold the price he quoted.Interesting that when we checked in and checked out, there was staff present at the front desk. Not sure why nobody can answer a call.
