The entrance door of this 65 m² apartment opens onto a bright interior, carefully and elegantly decorated.

The living area is designed for your comfort, with a cozy sofa and a television, perfect for your moments of relaxation.

The dining space features a table that can accommodate six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen to ensure restful nights.

One of the bathrooms is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The other has a sink, mirror, and shower.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

All you need to do is relax and enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Explore this giant market where you can find antiques, vintage clothes, furniture and much more. Outside the market, discover lively streets with alternative fashion boutiques, cafés and cosmopolitan restaurants. Don't miss a visit to the nearby Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, for a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris. The Clignancourt district is a captivating place where the past and modernity meet in a unique atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest tram station is Angélique Compoint (line Tb3), just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
