The house was clean and nice, but it would be a very tight squeeze for 16 people. The location and neighborhood were also underwhelming, and I likely wouldn’t stay in that area again. We requested early check-in and were told it would a high fee per hour, even though the house appeared to be empty. We arrived a little over an hour early and reached out, but didn’t receive a response until after our scheduled check-in time. The door also failed to unlock automatically as promised, so we had to contact management and ended up getting inside later than our original check-in time. While waiting, several people in our group were stung by bees due to multiple nests around the front porch stairs. To their credit, someone was sent out to address the nests within a few hours. The biggest issue occurred months after our stay. We paid the required deposit when booking and expected the remaining balance to be charged a couple of weeks before arrival. Neither VRBO nor the third-party management company notified us that the payment hadn’t been processed. Instead, we were contacted over four months after our stay and five months after the balance was due, asking us to pay the outstanding amount. There was no apology or offer of compensation for their oversight or the significant delay in notifying us.Please consider these factors before booking.

House fit our need perfectly

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had never been to South Carolina before so we were nervous about renting in a neighborhood that we were unfamiliar with but the experience turned out fine. House is decorated very nice and we found everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again.

Fun weekend

We enjoyed the house and service but location was a bit sketchy. Also no hair dryers and limited number of towels. Otherwise the space itself was nice enough and worked well for us.

Fall Graduation

Stayed here with family for my son’s fall graduation from USC. House was great! Plenty of space - could even share with 2 families as 2 bedrooms were on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms were separated on the other side. Location was close to campus! I would definitely return to this house. So clean and very well cared for!

Beautifullly Decorated and Gorgeous Spaces

The photos do not do this space justice. The rooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the home theater and spent tons of time in the living room and had long conversations around the island. Timothy was a great host! We are looking for an opportunity to go back. It is only 9 minutes from the Vista downtown Columbia.

Worth the money!

It was truly a home away from home experience! What you see is what you get. I could have packed light, they had everything you needed from dish soap to laundry detergent! And I’m a clean freak and they left no stone unturned! And last but not least we had to make last minute changes and they were very accommodating and the host was always accessible. Great job Tim! And thank you again for the welcoming package, certainly a nice touch.😉
