The cottage offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with private shower room and a toilet. - Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, 4 90x190 beds), a bathroom with wc. - Outside: a garden (not closed), a paved terrace facing south, a carport to park the car. Other parking spaces in the driveway leading to the cottage. The cottage is located next to a small farm (6 cows and a few hens) In southern Morbihan, let yourself be charmed by the Ria d'Etel! This small inland sea, with its landscapes worthy of a postcard, will not leave you indifferent. A charming hamlet built on an island in the heart of the river, Saint-Cado, a small picturesque hamlet connected to the mainland by a bridge, is a must. Very close, Etel is worth a look with its port, its shops and its famous 'Barre': shifting sandbank, closing the bay. In Etel there is also a seawater swimming pool for swimming and water sports. The tourist sites and the large beaches of Erdeven and Carnac are 20 minutes away by car. The Ty Eugénie cottage, perfectly equipped and decorated with care, will be the dream base for your next stay! In South Morbihan, a stone's throw from the Ria d'Etel and close to the beaches of Carnac, beautiful farmhouse full of charm
