De Rulinen - SAINT CLET
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor a large living room with kitchenette (pellet stove). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with a 140X200 bed and a 90X200 bed), bathroom with bathtub, toilet. South side: courtyard with a slate area reserved for you. This is also the location of the shared parking space with the owners. North side: the terrace, also in slate, extends onto the 4000 m² garden shared with the owners where the flowerbeds and relaxation areas compete with each other. Outdoor games, trampoline, hammocks, swings, will entertain you. Everyone will find their place, their little corner. To discover: the owners' orchard. The cottage is adjoining a storage room and the owners' building. Good to know: a new cottage for 2 people on the property, completely independent. Internet access with Fiber. The Rulinen cottage is part of an authentic hamlet on the Linen Route (hence its name). A former farmhouse over 2 centuries old, the owners have made it a very pleasant place to live, ideal for rest and discovery of the surrounding nature. Indeed, the GR des bords du Trieux passes 500 m below. The cottage exudes a lot of refinement and charm, no doubt due to the many unique pieces that equip it, including furniture by Raphaël and creations by current designers. Getaways and leisure activities for everyone nearby: Rive du Trieux to the North or South, Pontrieux, a small town of character 5 km away (and its Monday market), Château and Garden of Roche Jagu 8 km away, Paimpol and its coastline 19 km away. Nestled in elegance on the slopes of the Trieux River, Le Rulinen reveals itself - a unique atmosphere, cottage, and garden. Just a few photos will charm you...
