Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there's so many bars and restaurants on the street! The pizza shop below is incredible. The bar across the street and next door is pretty loud on the weekends, but you really can't hear it in the bedroom. There was a bit of a problem with getting the code for check in, but the owner answered my phone call right away and helped, I appreciated the fast response.

Horrible stay

Our experience was subpar and we would not stay again. Upon arrival at 3pm check in time, the code we’d been given was not working. We called the owner and she provided a new code which worked. Once my colleague entered, she noticed the place still hasn’t been cleaned from the previous renters (bed slept in, full trash can etc). We called her and she said we could stay in one of her other properties for a night so that this place could be cleaned and then could return to it the following day. She offered to take one night off our bill. The new place for Thursday night had zero extra sheets or blankets for the pull out couch (and for our third guest). Then, around 430pm other renters knocked on the door saying they thought they were staying there, so again we had to call the owner to sort it out and the other couple went upstairs to stay the night in a different apartment. Of note, this required us to wake up earlier the next day to transfer our belongings to the original property down the street with hopes of getting to our conference on time. We were very inconvenienced and though the owner apologized, I don’t feel one night free makes up for the difference or makes me want to stay in these properties ever again.

Cherry Blossom Visit

Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Bed was comfy and we walked most places. Could have used a few more plates, glasses, etc., but overall we managed. Check in was easy and the owner was able to answer our questions quickly.

Great stay in AdMo

My 10 year old daughter and I stayed here during a quick trip to DC. The location is perfect- near bus stops, metro, walkable everywhere, yummy restaurants, convenience stores, shops, coffee, etc. Very spacious and clean. We felt safe and loved being in the heart of Adams Morgan. Would definitely stay here again!
