The pool was a real plus, we used it everyday. A\C in rooms was perfect for sleeping, location was perfect for all our activities. We are already planning our next trip to Moorea & we will definitely try to rent this place again.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for us (family of 6 adults). The place was clean, spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped with lots of plates, silverware. We were able to cook nice dinners there. We used the dishwasher and the washing machine and drying rack.The pool was refreshing, pool towels were provided. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable. The house had air conditioning which helped at night. Check in was easy.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful property, updated and very clean! Pool has sun and shade and was a welcome treat after busy days in the sun. Management company easy to work with and very responsive before and during our stay. A/C worked well as did everything in the home. As stated in the other review it is a little tricky to find but mgmt company provides detailed instructions with photos. Two baths upstairs (one toilet) and a half bath with toilet downstairs. The only downside is the stairs. All bedrooms are upstairs so those with mobility constraints would have issues. Good location…15 minutes from ferry and 5-10 minutes from shops and some restaurants. A car is a necessity. Lovely views and internet worked great!!

Very nice house..... hard to find in an ok neighborhood.

Since this is the first review, it will be long but hopefully informative.Pros - Very nicely redone house. Clean and comfortable. Well furnished. The pool deck is amazing. Amazing view from the balcony.Cons - Hard to find. There are no road signs. They had to show us. The pin they gave sent us to someone else's house. The roads to the house are rough, bottomed out the compact rental car each time coming and going.The description is not pet friendly. There was a dog bowl on the pool deck. Neighborhood dogs are everywhere. When eating dinner on the deck, the dogs start to come. I slid the deck furniture to block the deck openings. We didn't dare walk the neighborhood because of the dogs. We left our shoes outside the first night because the house was so nice. The dogs took my wife's shoes. Thankfully, we found them in the yard and not chewed up. After that, shoes were inside.Things that are potential downsides: The bedrooms are upstairs and the stair are a bit tricky, so if you don't do stairs, that could be hard. We like ice and there is no automatic ice maker, only one ice cube tray. We never saw a place to buy ice. Only a washing machine (and that is in the description, so we knew that). We would hang out the clothes to dry in the spare shower so the dogs didn't get them off the deck. There is no toilet in the master bedroom.Summary, very nice house but inconvenient to get to and the dogs (which are all over, not just at this house) could be a problem.
