Island Winds East 306 will give you a front row seat to all the Gulf has to offer. Watch the pelicans glide by right in front of you and watch the dolphins feed on the schools of fish just beyond the sand bars.
This unit is perfect for a long weekend or a winter's stay. Take the elevator down and the beach is right there waiting for you. There is also a in ground pool and 306 is walking distance to the souvenir shops and restaurants. At the end of a hard day of fun the condo is comfortable with all the conveniences of home plus of course a view of the Gulf!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bring extra towels and quality toilet paper.

View was great, condo needs some love. Overall, it's Gulf Shores, and price was reasonable. Inspection of the unit prior to our stay would have gone a long way. Bring extra towels and quality toilet paper for your stay unless you want to do a bunch of laundry on vacation.

Cozy Spot with Amazing View

Kinda studio style with open bedroom and news a few upgrades BUT truly no complaints as it's on the beach with an amazing view. It was cozy for my husband/myself and our son. People were helpful and we were grateful for this place as we needed a vacation and had a tight budget. Perfect location to everything but our favorite was the beach and the view!! Thank you

Perfect little spot for us

On the beach so no crossing roads. This place doesn’t have bells and whistles of stainless steel appliances and some outlets don’t work, but overall things worked and people tried to help with anything…and with a view like it’s really hard to complain! And at a reasonable price, thank you!! Our son slept on couch while we took the doorless bedroom; kinda studio style. Bathroom was great! Again, the view and on the beach :)

Great weekend getaway on the beach

Loved the location. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to dinner without being too close to the noise and crowds. Condo could use some updates. The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay.

Great location, needs updating

The location is ideal. Gulf front. Walking distance to popular places. The unit needs some uodating and the bathroom needs some serious work. We had a long weekend for a tournament and the place is quiet and close to everything.

Terrible place to stay

Room was the size of a hotel room. Queen size couch bed had no sheets or blankets. We had to park our second car 1 mile from condo because of there 1 car per rental. The lady working the desk is the worst customer service rep you could imagine.

Poor management and customer service by VACASA

Upon 4pm checkin after receiving confirmation via text and email. We unloaded our belongings and recently purchased groceries to find the unit not cleaned from prior guest's stay. Contacted vacasa, and still awaiting a return phone call or email after several phone messages and two emails per representative guidance and ticket made. We had to purchase dinner out after being unable to prepare food bought from store and waited an additional 2.5 hours before being able to use the unit. Poor customer service recovery. Do not recommend any VACASA managed rental

I have been struggling with what to say in this review. The property was clean, which is excellent. However, it is old and not particularly well maintained. The towel rack in the bathroom has come off the wall. Same with the shower lever. Art in the living room has come off the wall. Couch is dingy. The bottom of the only closet for hanging clothes is filled with a jumble of stuff: tile, buckets, I don’t know what all, but the floor is so littered that a long dress would not hang without touching that stuff. Water pressure is great, but shower was lukewarm. The water is hot in the sink, so it must be a valve issue, which needs fixing. We did appreciate the cleanliness, but are so glad we only had 2 nights there.
