Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Just okay

The floors were dirty when we arrived and one of the kitchen table chairs were broken. I found a fork under one of the beds and a fake eye lash in the master bathroom. There were no cleaning supplies, only a broom and mop but no disinfectant sprays. Other than that it was fine

Great location especially for boaters

Loved this place, the only thing that wasn’t the best was that you had to go to Gulf Shores to get the key for the room. Also, the sheets for the Master bedroom didn’t fit the mattress and wouldn’t stay on.
