L'ADRET - COSY ACCOMMODATION IN A PYRENEAN BUILDING - PRIVATE ENTRANCE

The external entrance is private (reserved exclusively for accommodation) through a gate; at nightfall, various motion-sensing lights are triggered.

Upon entering, you will find a large living room of nearly 40 m2 with an open kitchen.
You will enjoy your meals on the dining area with stools.
The corner sofa has 5 seats, not including the built-in ottoman (on the side of the sofa).
The decoration is warm and cosy.
Storage space and many equipment are present in the room.
As for the kitchen, everything has been thought out as well as possible: a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, nespresso, microwave, toaster.
For more comfort, a washing machine is present in the accommodation.
In the living room, the 50-inch TV screen is equipped with Netflix (free access)
The accommodation has wifi (fibre)

The 2 bedrooms:
The first bedroom (11 m2) has 140 cm bedding
The second bedroom (12 m2) has 160 cm bedding; it has a French window that opens onto the terrace.

The bathroom (large walk-in shower) and the toilet are separate.

Concerning the exterior (for stays in summer), it is a private space of 60 m2 with 2 terraces (garden furniture with sofa and armchairs with cushions, barbecue); the wooden terrace is south facing with a beautiful view and the side terrace is west facing.

The accommodation is equipped so that your stay is as pleasant as possible; the heating is controlled by the internet (eco-responsible); on arrival, the accommodation will be warm.

Your luggage will be lightened!
Indeed, sheets are provided and you will find the beds made on arrival; towels are also provided (as well as kitchen linen).

The accommodation is located a few minutes by car from the centre of the village and the Skibus shuttle stop (summer/winter) is a few metres from the accommodation for direct access to the Airelles gondola.

A dedicated private car park is provided a few metres from the accommodation (right in front).
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
