In the heart of the Lauragais countryside, come and enjoy a tranquil stay in this charming farmhouse, also occupied by the owners. There is a pond and beehives in front of the farmhouse. Private parking is available under the barn. The grounds are fully enclosed and landscaped with trees and flowers. At the crossroads of three major tourist destinations: Toulouse (47km), Carcassonne (52km), and Albi (66km). Revel, home to one of the most beautiful markets in France, is 7km away, and Lake Saint-Ferréol is 10km away, offering swimming, pedal boats, canoeing, and the Canal du Midi Museum. You can discover the rich local heritage and regional and local produce. Come and enjoy a peaceful and tranquil stay in this lovely, fully renovated farmhouse. "If you book a weekly rental, a welcome drink will be offered." Oil-fired central heating (weekly rate from October 1st to April 30th). Medical equipment available: wheelchair, reclining chair, walker, etc. TELEWORKING: provision of a desk, office chair, and lamp (nearby electrical outlet for laptops; extension cord and power strip available upon request). High-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi). 4G mobile network coverage (Orange (Sosh)). Single-storey holiday home, adjoining the owners' house, 7km from Revel and Lake Saint-Ferréol, with views of the Pyrenees and a peaceful setting. Covered terrace for al fresco dining.
