Désolée. Mon tél a été volé et je n'ai pas pu voir la réservation. Je ne l'ai su Que trop tard quand j'ai acheté un nouveau tel et le service client a pu me contacter. Depuis j'ai supprimé la réservation instantanée afin de ne plus tomber dans ce pb. Je m'excuse encore une fois .
