The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, that will make cooking a breeze! Take advantage of the free WiFi to look up a recipe online and surprise your guests with a delicious meal! The home has a private washer/dryer that will take care of your laundry during your stay. A rollaway bed is available as an additional sleeping option.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful family home

The property is beautiful and fit a large family comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked and the little extras like laundry detergent and toilet paper were a nice added touch. The balconies were great to sit outside but the constant traffic on the highway took away from the beautiful scenery. Great views of the ocean! We enjoyed our stay very much and a super close walk to the beach.
