Madame,
vous avez effectivement cassé le bord d'un carreau de mon travertin dans l'escalier. Certainement en posant une valise assez lourde, une valise assez lourde pour être trainée dans un escalier et non porté.
Cela a pu arriver, sans même que vous en ayez conscience au moment de votre départ. Mais la moindre des choses si je vous en parle, c'est de ne pas nier, faire l'autruche et fuir votre responsabilité. Au final, je vais certainement me contenter de recoller le bout cassé. Cela démontre juste votre honneteté.
