Great place - would stay again!

Was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay (the 3rd bedroom was unneeded for our stay). Very clean, nicely provided amenities (cleaning products, bath products, linens, etc.). Location was just what we wanted -- although on a fairly busy street, it's set back enough to be quiet (especially the back yard). The great parking arrangement was particulary helpful for our stay (2 vehicles, no hassle at all). VRBO's auto checkin system had a glitch in sending arrangements 48 hrs in advance, but when I contacted the host he immediately corrected that (with an apology!) so there was no hassle for us getting into the rental -- everything for the whole stay went quite smoothly. We all agreed we were happy with this property and would rent here again.

Very enjoyable stay.

The home was lovely. It was clean, nicely decorated, well thought out, nicely appointed, easy to use and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was beautiful and great to use. We also enjoyed sitting on the chairs by the canal. Our team was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. We’ll be back.

Winter Break trip

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. All the needed items are kindly supplied and the location is great with a short drive to so many different beach access points.

Great Visit Over Thanksgiving!

Everything was perfect! The location was very convenient. The house was super clean and anything you could think you needed was already there!!! We were able to easily put in our kayaks and head out to the bay! We would definitely rent this property again!!! Thanks!
