This single family home is approximately 1,700 square feet located in historic downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. It is a short drive to the beach and area attractions, you get the best of both city and beach living.
Enter the relaxing courtyard with European feel and escape to a better lifestyle in a home that welcomes you with large living spaces and lots of cheerful Florida sunshine. The master suite has French doors that lead to court yard.. The kitchen is fully furnished and is ready for your gourmet touch, or you can be the master of the outdoor grilling and impress your friends before bicycling downtown for some shopping or sightseeing. This home is a great for swim teams, racing teams, families . Some of the sleeping arrangements are semi private , there are two couches that open to beds, a full bed , a queen bed, a king bed, and one air mattress.

Cleaning fee $175.00
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets . May approve additional pet depending on the breed, weight, size.
All rent is due at the time of booking
.Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
I also have a guest house on the property that can be rented thru VRBO (see below) . The courtyard is a shared courtyard with two grills plenty of seating . Many travelers book both homes when available .

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Garbage cans are out side the garage door side of house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My favorite place to stay for swim meets

I love this place when we come for swim meets. Right down the road from a grocery store, lots of restaurants around, 25 minutes from the beach but super close to our competitive pool. Elaine is fantastic and readily available. I typically fly in and ask her to make sure the house has some items stocked. She is very easy to communicate with when you get there too and always wants to make things right!!! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely property in St Petersburg

The property is well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Wonderful place to stay for the holiday weekend and take in all of the sights and activities in St. Petersburg. Convenient to downtown, the beaches, restaurants. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Great family getaway

The house was great for our family to stay a couple nights for our daughters graduation. Clean and spacious. Great courtyard with plenty of seating. We had a wonderful time and would go back.

Convenient but tired.

The property is roomy and convenient to downtown. We were there for the Blues Festival and it was an easy drive to the venue. The property, though clean, needs some updating. Furnishings, decor and bathrooms are tired. Property has a nice outdoor courtyard with a hot tub but it was inoperable when we were there. That said, it worked for us and we stay there again.

Why they chose this property

I bought this home in 1983 because of my 27 years in lending as a loan officer all of my rentals are located in prime areas. My St Pete home is very relaxing this home is fully staffed with all necessities for cooking, internet, washer dryer, linens, espresso maker, grill, quaint court yard , bikes, pak n play everything you need for children. All you need to do is just arrive and enjoy your holiday!

What makes this property unique

This location is unique. There are very few vacation rental homes. The majority of the homes are permanent residence. So to capture the opportunity to relax in a very stable and safe most desired are located in old NE area is rare.
