Wir bedauern, dass Sie in Ihrer Nachtruhe von anderen Gästen gestört wurden. In so einem Fall empfiehlt es sich immer Kontakt mit der Polizei aufzunehmen, wenn ein persönlicher Hinweis ohne Einsicht bleibt.
Der Fahrstuhl ist repariert und funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Einem nächsten Besuch in der Ferienwohnung steht nichts im Wege :-)

ganz gut
Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen und hat uns gut gefallen.
Die Lage ist auch perfekt, obwohl das Hotel Bayside direkt davor steht, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre nur, das man die Balkongitter undurchsichtig gestalten würde, dadurch könnte man ihn geschützter - vor Wind und Blicken - nutzen.

Bilder vom Inserat sind nicht von der gebuchten Wohnung
Die Wohnung Seebrücke 08 ist nicht die Wohnung, die im Inserat dargestellt wird, die Wohnung im Inserat befindet sich mindestens 1 Stockwerk höher und bietet damit den Blick auf die Ostsee, den wir auch meinten gebucht zu haben.
Die Lage der Wohnung mit den gegen überliegenden Restaurants mit viel Laufkundschaft, wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt, sodass auch der Balkon nicht genutzt werden konnte, um abends zu entspannen.
Das gesamte Umfeld der Anlage war sehr schmutzig, vor allem die Tiefgarage, der Fahrstuhl mit Vorraum und das Treppenhaus. Wir würden nie wieder über Baltic Apartment buchen !!!
