This is the quintessential mountain retreat. With more than 5,000 square feet of living space, this vacation rental combines the best alpine charm with modern amenities. Highlights include a large chef's kitchen, a fun game room, and a mountain-view balcony with a hot tub and firepit. Light the grill for group barbecues, or curl up by the fireplace inside. You'll be situated on the ski hill, so go skiing at the end of the street or drive to the heart of Granby, home to local shops, tasty restaurants, and outdoor activities. Winter Park is about 20 miles away for added fun. For warmer months, explore hiking trails and riverside scenery. Golfers will appreciate being less than three miles from the Granby Ranch Golf Course.

Gather in the welcoming living area, where high ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light. Stretch out on the sectional while watching movies on the large TV. Fix drinks at the wet bar and relax by the glow of the gas fireplace. The game room has a Ping-Pong table, a putting green, and a well-equipped wet bar with a mini-fridge and a dishwasher. An additional living area features a TV and a wet bar. The gleaming chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare hearty meals. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a roomy French-door fridge. There is bar seating and a dining table for eating indoors. Outside, enjoy sweeping mountain views from the furnished balcony, take an indulgent soak in the hot tub, share stories around the gas firepit, or light up the gas grill and dine alfresco. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, a crib, Pack 'n Play, and a high chair are provided.

The sprawling layout sets the bedrooms far apart, ensuring your group's utmost privacy. The primary suite is furnished with a California king bed and a TV. There are three more suites, including one with balcony access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
