Enjoy our beautiful and spacious home for your next Colorado mountain vacation. Our home features 6 bedrooms plus 1 additional bonus bedroom and 2 separate living areas with kitchens, making it an ideal getaway for multiple families, private events and reunions.

The home is nestled in a peaceful and tranquil woods, just minutes from the world class Winter Park & Mary Jane ski resorts as well as many summer and winter activities. This destination is perfect for those who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golfing, boating or fishing in the summer or skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, tubing or snowmobiling in the winter. Centrally located in Fraser, this location also provides access to shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Relax in our large private hot tub or cozy up by the fireplace. Enjoy our many amenities such as 6 TV’s including a 100” 3D HD projector screen, all complete with cable channels and your own personal smart device. We also have high-speed WiFi. Our home has 2 separate living areas complete with a custom made shuffleboard table and plenty of games for everyone.

Our home features 6 Bedrooms plus an additional Bonus Bedroom, and 4.5 Bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have King Beds, including the Primary Bedroom. Our Primary Bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub. In addition, we have 2 more Bedrooms with King Beds, 2 more bedrooms with Queen Beds, a “Bonus Bedroom” with 2 more Queen Beds (ideal for younger guests) as well as a Bunk Room with 2 Full-over-Full Bunk Beds and an additional Twin Bed (perfect for kids!). We also have a pull out couch.

In addition to the 2 living areas, we have a fully stocked kitchen and kitchenette, a wine fridge, and seating for the whole group between our dining room table and 2 counters. The kitchens both contain all of the appliances, dishes and utensils that you will need, including coffee makers, pots & pans, crockpot, blenders, mixers and bakeware. The chef in your group can absolutely whip up a large gourmet meal with everything we’ve included for you.

We have a private and amazing large deck, perfect for entertaining, as well as an 8-person hot tub. The hot tub is serviced locally for every guest stay. We also have a gas grill along with grilling utensils.

We keep the house stocked with plenty of extra towels for everyone and have included extra towels for the hot tub. We also have a large capacity washer & dryer in our Mudroom for your convenience.
Our home has an attached oversized two-car garage with plenty of additional parking in our large driveway. We have a snow plow service that regularly clears our snow after big storms.

We will consider your pets and require approval prior to booking – usually it is just small, well-trained dogs. The pet fee is $150 per pet per stay. Please reach out or message us if you plan to bring a pet and we can discuss this further.

Our home is located in the beautiful Meadowridge neighborhood which backs up to countless miles and hundreds of acres of bike/hike/snowshoe trails 200 yards from our door.

We do request nightly minimums, but are open to shorter stays as we get closer to the dates. If staying mid-week, shorter visits (1 night to 2 nights) will work.

HOUSE RULES

The following House Rules are strictly enforced.

Check In: 4:00 pm / Check Out: 10:00 am (Flexible check-in/check-out times ONLY available with prior approvals. Otherwise, strictly enforced)

Minimum Age of primary renter: 25 (Government Issued ID required)
**If under 25 years old, we require a $1,500 damage deposit. If found to be under 25 without prior approval, immediate eviction will be enforced.

Please treat our home as if it were your own and be respectful.

No Smoking: $1,000 fine if smoking is found upon inspection

No Parties or Events: if violated, you may be subject to immediate eviction & will be responsible for any legal fines

Noise Ordinance set by local residents & law enforcement enforced between 7pm – 7 am. If violated, you may be subject to immediate eviction & will be responsible for any legal fines

Pets are ONLY permitted with prior approval. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse.

Do not unplug the cords included in the Projector System Set Up.. The fine is $250 to cover an emergency visit by a technician to reconnect the system. NO gaming systems, laptops or DJ equipment allowed.

No outdoor fires allowed under any circumstances

Broken items and damages to property will be your financial responsibility

Trash: We do ask that guests dispose of trash in the trash bins (in the garage) and kindly ask that you please put all trash in bags prior to disposing into the main trash bins in the garage. There is a fine of $5 per bag of trash left inside the home and trash outside is considered damage to the property.

Maximum amount of cars in the driveway permitted: 5 (violations could results in fines). No street parking permitted.

Maximum Capacity of guests: 16 ($500 fine if you are found to exceed max capacity)

Hot Tub: Please follow our provided guidelines when using the hot tub. No food or drinks permitted while using the hot tub. A $150 fee will be incurred if a drain & fill is necessary due to the rules not being followed.

Electronics, Fireplace & Hot Tub: Please follow our provided guidelines when using the hot tub, electronics & fireplaces and be respectful of our property. If you damage either of these, you may be responsible for repairs or replacing.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost items, but are happy to return anything we find provided you cover shipping costs
