Located alongside the Fraser River surrounded by evergreen forest, this updated 3BR/2BA condo offers an upscale interior complete with a fireplace, exposed brick walls, and hardwood floors.

Luxe shared amenities include an indoor pool, three hot tubs, and access to a clubhouse with a pool table. Conveniently located just outside the complex, a free city shuttle will take you straight to the ski slopes!

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a plush full-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one of which has a twin trundle. A king-size bed is located in the third bedroom.

A guest bathroom offers a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination.

Your reservation includes access to the High Country Haus Recreation Center, just 170 yards away. Enjoy luxe shared amenities, including an indoor pool and two outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor hot tub, and a clubhouse with a pool table and TV.

Just outside, the free city shuttle picks up every half hour, providing convenient access to local attractions and Winter Park Resort.

Extra perks at this unit include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and two unassigned parking spots in the outdoor parking lot. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If traveling with a larger group, consider renting an additional 1BR condo next door for added space.

Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Winter Park’s mild summer temperatures.

Please note that this unit is only accessible via a flight of stairs.

THE LOCATION

Adventure-packed days on the mountain are as convenient as can be, with Winter Park Resort just over 4 miles away.

In warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, fishing, ziplining, and other alpine activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
