What to be aware of:

- Please note that this property is situated near train tracks, and as a result, guests may experience noise from passing trains.
- The driveway is tight with snowbanks in winter; long vehicles may have difficulty. 
- ONE dog only and must follow these rules: No biters, no barkers, crated if ever left alone, not allowed on the furniture—responsible owners who pick up after their pets, no more than 1 DOG. $100 dollars a pet and must notify the manager you are bringing a dog. 
- Please note that this townhouse consists of three stories and involves multiple flights of stairs. Due to the layout and accessibility, it may not be suitable for individuals with physical challenges.
