Highly Recommend

This was our first time staying at Tower III. We love Calypso for its close location to pier park. The view from condo was still great, even across the street. The condo was clean and very spacious! The amenities were great for families with small children, the pool had a great walk in are for kids to play. Will return in the future!

Nice vacation

The pictures don't do it justice. The view is nicer than expected. The area around the pool / hot tub is very pretty with lots of seating. You can pretty much walk to almost anything. Walmart is 5 minutes away for groceries. There is also a Fresh Market close by.

Clean and comfortable

Well equipped and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo was very clean with one minor exception, there was sand in the couch and under the couch cushions, otherwise immaculate. The view of the beach and pool is great. The elevators on average didn’t involve a long wait most of the time and this unit is so close to the elevator which was nice (we stayed in Mid July). Construction noise began at 6:30am each morning at the hotel being built next to Calypso, even on the weekend. This was entertaining somewhat to watch while drinking my morning coffee on the balcony. It didn’t bother me, but some people do not like the loud banging and beeping of construction so early while on vacation. Some of the louder noises could be heard inside the condo. I had my son and grandchildren, so I didn’t anticipate much peace with rest & relaxation on this trip anyway - lol. The check in process was simple enough. I accidentally deleted one of the emails with the door code, but I did get the information resent to me after contacting the owner. The garage was usually packed on the 3rd floor where you could easily access the crossover walk to the condos, but the elevators were typically only a few minutes worth of waiting when we parked on other levels. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided smelled wonderful. The water pressure was strong in the spacious shower off the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The TVs were LARGE and had streaming services provided. The balcony has more furniture than shown in the pictures. It has two more chairs and a small table as well as the two lounge chairs shown. The living room had one less chair than is shown in the listing pictures but we still had enough seating with using the bar stools or dining chairs. Walmart is so close just in case you forgot anything or prefer to have groceries for eating in. Your within easy walking distance to several restaurants and lots of shopping at pier park. The beach was just a walk across the street. The beach chairs and umbrella service provided was enjoyable and I appreciated not having to pack chairs and so much beach gear. I would stay here again!!!

Vacation

The condo was beautiful and very clean and stocked with all that you need. Walking distance to restaurants and Pier Park for shopping! I would recommend. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.
