This condo is side by side our 2BR + Bunkroom Condo (sleeps 8 - #94435) on the 14th floor in the West Tower (Tower 2) if you need additional space for your group. Calypso Resorts is also adjacent to Pier Park and next to the City Pier!

Perfect for the smaller group, this one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath unit offers a spacious, 25-foot balcony with access from the gulf-front bedroom and gulf-front living area. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed. The master bathroom will spoil you with a garden tub, separate shower, commode closet, and walk-in closet.

One 40' flat screen (HD) TV in living room, large 32' SD TV in bedroom. Both TVs are Smart TVs. Smart blue ray DVD player in living room. Our condo uses the DirectTV Cable Network and IPacket for internet/wifi.

The 14 floor will assure you breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Dan Russell Pier, and the indescribable sunsets over Panama City Beach. Calypso offers two pools (1 seasonally heated) directly on the gulf for your swimming and sunning enjoyment. Between the two is a large, tiki bar providing smoothies, beers, wines, and dry snacks.

Walk down the steps off the deck and you are on the white coral sand beaches of Panama City Beach that stretch for miles in either direction. The summer water temperature is like bath water and vendors in Panama City Beach offer a variety of water activities such as pontoon boating, jet skiing, Shell Island cruises, etc. But what really makes Calypso special is its location directly beside the City Pier which provides fishing and sea-life viewing unlike any other spot in Panama City Beach. Walk the pier on a calm day and you are sure to see all kinds of interesting sea life.

Calypso Resort and Towers is located adjacent to Pier Park, Simon Property Group’s extensive tropical-feel life-style center. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach. Pier Park boasts approximately 150+ stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venue such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals and Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating - NOW WITH IMAX. Included amongst boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, Borders Books and Music, Target, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and an upscale grocery. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Johnny Rockets, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Destin’s Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak House, and Olive Garden as well as two Starbucks. ALL of this with just a short walk away. Imagine never having to even get in your car!

Check-In & Check-Out Times..........Check-in time will begin after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. IF your condo becomes ready early, we will notify you right away with a new door access code.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

Facility Amenities may close at any time-No refunds due to these closures. Guidelines, Facility Amenities, Policies and Regulations are subject to change.

NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER unless mandatory evacuation given by the NOAA. Then refunds are from the evacuation date through your remainder reserved dates.

Parking..........Calypso Resort has a bar code system for entering and exiting the North Parking Garage, which is located just across from your condo. Clearance in some places inside is as low as 6'7". We will send you a separate email directly from Calypso Resort, so that you can pay for your Parking Registration Pass. A flat $60 charge, which includes tax and credit card processing will be assessed. The Parking Registration is in addition to and separate from your VRBO reservation payment.
IN ADDITION TO ALL VEHICLES, EACH MOTORCYCLE IS REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED SEPARATELY AND MUST PRESENT A VALID PASS TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PARKING GARAGE IN SINGLE FILE ORDER. Signs will be posted on property directing over-sized vehicles to park on the ground floor or outside the garage. Trailers park on the north side of the garage and motorcycles on the 2nd Floor. Over-sized vehicles and trailer parking is limited and is on a first come-first serve basis. Additional parking for over-sized vehicles and trailers will be provided at THE CROSSROADS located directly across from Sharky's Restaurant on Front Beach Road (approximately 1 mile east of Calypso. The cost to park is $1 per foot/per day. (Subject to change).

No Daily Maid Service..........The housekeeper will clean the unit after your departure. An initial set-up of toilet paper and paper towel will be provided. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

ONCE YOU RESERVE, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR RENTAL CODES AND GUEST INFORMATION..........Homeaway/VRBO will send you an invitation/email to download their app within the same day you make a reservation with us. In order to have access to your door code, any property codes, check out procedures, wifi login and much more information about your rental, download to view this information. We HIGHLY suggest taking care of this PRIOR to your arrival date so that you know you have easy access to this information when you need it. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR INFORMATION anytime within 3 days prior of your arrival date and through the dates of your stay. Please Do NOT wait till you are at the front door of your condo to figure out where your rental information is at.
