Effy's Sunset Serenity Hideaway

Welcome to our Efficiency Apartment with a private entrance, conveniently located just 1.9 miles away from Sunset Beach Pier, allowing easy access to the beautiful beach. While it is an older unit, rest assured it has been meticulously maintained and is kept in impeccable cleanliness.

Please note that the apartment does not come with a stove or range, but we offer alternative cooking options to accommodate your needs.

During your stay, you'll have the privilege of accessing the fantastic amenities of Sea Trail, which include tennis courts, pools, and a well-equipped workout room.

Come and experience the comfort and convenience of our Efficiency Apartment, where proximity to the beach and access to superb amenities await you.

Small private eficiency that includes a screened in porch overlooking wooded area. The unit is dated but very clean. Located just 1.9 mile from the Sunset Beach parking. It includes access to the neighborhood pool.

Please note this private entrance lockout is very similar to a hotel room. There is no stove or oven, just a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a small balcony. There is no smoking allowed in the unit.

We absolutely loved the room had. The screened in balcony was a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the weather. James Allison went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to help us find fun things to do in the area. I would recommend staying here 100%.

New arrival

Needed a place to stay near our son and dnl to welcome our new addition to the family. This place was close enough to beaches, restaurants, and our son’s house to allow us to give them space, but be close at hand if needed. The host was awesome and checked to make sure we could get around even when we had snow on the ground. He offered to take us for whatever we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and pet friendly. It was perfect for our needs.

Everything was in good working order, good space for a single or couple. Environment, building, unit are definitely dated, in need of paint, better overall lighting, but solid, quiet, location, comfortable and clean everything for a good price.
