THE OWNER'S HOME AT THE LAGOON

A house of over 350 m² of living space, with its own private beach on the lagoon, ideally located in a peaceful, natural setting with no neighbors and only 4 km from the town where you'll find all the island's amenities: a bank with an ATM, a 7/7 market selling meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables, a marina, a tourist office, restaurants, the only petrol station, and much more. Included in the rental are linens, daily cleaning, a gardener, and a caretaker living on the 5000 m² property. You also have access to three walk-in showers with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, blender, and everything else you could need. There's also a summer kitchen with a griddle, unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house, a workspace with a laptop, a 75-inch smart TV with YouTube and Prime Video, and JBL sound. A dugout canoe is also available for getting around the lagoon. If you wish, we can arrange for a cook to come to your home.
