1 King Bed. A smart TV, lavish master bath, walk-in tile shower complete with dual shower heads, whirlpool tub, double vanities with granite tops, two water closets, and a large walk-in closet. Two nightstands, chest, and TV console. Patio doors lead to a master deck overlooking the lake.

Bedroom 2:
There is one king bed, a small deck, a connected full bath with a separate water closet, a tub/shower combo, and two closets.

Bedroom 3:
There is one double bed, a single trundle bed, a TV, a fully connected bath, a separate water closet, a tub/shower combo, and a free-standing wardrobe.

Bedroom (Bonus Room) 4:
There are two twin daybeds with trundles, a single sleeper sofa bed, a TV, and four extra-large memory foam bean bags. It's an excellent space for kids to hang out.

Bedroom 5:
Two queen beds connected to a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo, TV, dresser, nightstand, bench, and free-standing closet.

Outdoor Spaces:
• A massive 2-story screened porch overlooking the lake and boat dock.
• A deck off the primary bedroom.
• A grilling deck with a propane grill.
• Lower level covered patio and covered front porch.

A private covered boat dock is perfect for dock picnics, fishing, relaxation, and swimming. There is a covered dock with a boat slip. NOTE: Guests will not have access to the upper section of the boat dock or use the boat lift.

The nightly rate is for up to 6 guests; extra guest rates will be $50 per person per night.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels, washcloths, and sheets in the hall area outside the laundry room.
Be sure to clean the grill, including the grease trap, after each use and before your departure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house is on a septic system. Please refer to the use guidelines upon check-in—no relocating furniture or bean bags.
Clean the grill after use, including the great hold. DO NOT dump oil or grease down the sinks. Remove trash from the dock.
Please treat our house as if it were your grandmother's house. No jumping from the top of the dock is permitted.
