About this property
AS25454 -P3 + Duplex cabin in residence with swimming pools
LEFT BANK - Seaquarium sector. In a secure residence with 2 swimming pools, on the 2nd floor, this P3 duplex cabin of 42m² with terrace and loggia, includes a bright living room with TV, air conditioning and wifi, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven). A cabin with bunk bed at the entrance, a shower room with WC and a loggia. Upstairs two bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bunk bed, the 2nd with a 140cm double bed opening onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture. Furnished and equipped apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. 300m from the beach and close to the city center.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: €7/Person
- Cleaning: €80 P3 (Free of pet hair)
Two separate deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
Keys are handed over at the agency.
