Location is the best! Very short walk to all restaurants and shops downtown, as well as grocery stores. The condo is even better and bigger than the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals & loved being able to sit outside in the sunshine. The hosts were very friendly and proactive with information. This is our new favorite place to stay in Durango!

Amazing property, super clean, excellent location and priced right. This property feels like a home instead of a temporary stay somewhere. Very warm, inviting, and has everything you need. Best vacation type rental we have ever stayed at. Kudos to the property management.

The apartment is in an excellent location just off Main Ave and as-pictured. It was a great jumping off point for outdoor adventures and walkable to food drinks and shopping afterward. The apartment has a nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, and everything was clean for our arrival. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great Durango Location

This was our 2nd stay at this property and if we ever make it back to Durango we will definitely stay here again. If you want to be close to downtown the location can't be beat.

Such a great place!

This penthouse was so spacious and comfortable! And very nicely updated! The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere basically. We will definitely be staying here again!
