Accommodation: The "Les Présidents" residence is located in the heart of the pine forest, a stone's throw from the Ardilouse international golf course. Access to the swimming pool is free for residents (open from June 15 to September 15). You will appreciate this pleasant terraced house on one side, approximately 75m², with upper floor, facing south, for a maximum of 6 people. The living room serves as a living/dining room (convertible sofa allowing occasional sleeping) it opens, through large bay windows, onto a terrace with a golf view. The kitchen area is open to the main room. On the garden level, a shower room, sink, separate toilet and the first bedroom equipped with a 180 cm double bed (2x90cm). Upstairs, two additional bedrooms equipped with twin beds on one side and a pull-out bench on the other, i.e. 4 individual beds. A shower room adjoining one of the bedrooms. The large mezzanine serves as a TV lounge with convertible sofa. You benefit from a numbered parking space. Join the golf course and its restaurant 500m away, the beach, shops, surf schools 3.5 km away, the lake approximately 3 km away (REF 03068M) ANCV holiday vouchers accepted. Animals are prohibited. BED AND TOILET LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED.
