Lizard, no A/c No light in living room no screening door

ver very bad with no help from property management we let the property manager to know we do not have lights in living room she did respond after 2days ver hard to find the location it took us 2 hours to find the property we had a lot of lizards in the house and out side of the house no A/C no screening doors and if we open the door all kids of flying species coming in

Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions. We'd like to come back to some of the points First of all, concerning the lighting at the show: to say that no help was given is not correct. We did reply to you - albeit after a delay which we regret - indicating the location of the switch and how it worked. All you had to do was press it once, as you did for the other rooms in the house, which you certainly did in the other areas, since it was only the living room that you didn't manage to switch on. As for the location of the house, we provided you with a full set of information in advance: Google Maps link, detailed itinerary with photos, and an explanatory video. As the house is located on a hill, it is naturally set back a little from the main road. As far as local fauna is concerned, the presence of lizards, mosquitoes and flying insects is unfortunately unavoidable in French Polynesia. This is part of the natural, tropical environment of our islands, and contributes to the balance of the ecosystem. All the villa's windows are fitted with mosquito nets to protect against pests. If these screens have been removed or left open, it's possible that some insects may have got in and you may have been confronted with mosquitoes, as the villa has as the villa unfortunately has a small garden planted with tropical plants and flowers. Finally, although there is no air-conditioning, each room has a fan . As the villa faces the mountains, nights are generally cool

Amazing location, but that’s about all this property has going for it

The property itself was very clean, and the view is absolutely stunning — definitely the best part of the stay. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, which we appreciated.That said, there were several frustrating aspects. We arrived late at night and couldn’t find the lockbox — it was hidden in an extremely discreet area with no clear indication of where it was. The instructions to get in were vague and unhelpful, and we couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. We ended up spending nearly an hour driving around, second-guessing if we were even at the right place, before finally stumbling upon the lockbox.On top of that, there was no air conditioning, which made things uncomfortable, and the WiFi code was never provided, so we couldn’t connect at all. Communication from the host was virtually nonexistent throughout the stay.Overall, the place is beautiful and secure, but the lack of support and poor arrival experience really took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable visit.
