About this property
renovated Bavarian apartment!
Our apartment is a renovated and completely newly furnished 2-room apartment in a modern Bavarian style. The apartment has a large living-dining room which is open to the kitchen, in the living room there is a TV and free WiFi. The couch can be used as a bed for up to 3 people. In addition, brochures and travel guides for leisure activities as well as books and board games are available to pass the time. In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed and a spacious wardrobe. We can also provide a bed for babies and toddlers, which can also be found in the bedroom. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed for up to 3 people. The apartment also has a large bathroom with shower. There is a terrace in front of the apartment. As a highlight there is also a foosball table in the apartment. Since we do not live in the house, please do not ring the bell at number 15. We will send details of the key handover to our guests before arrival!

Great place if you are flying from Munich, clean & economical
The basic creature comforts are there, and it is quite spacious. The wifi died one day, but they had it restored quickly. There were a few light bulbs that did not work, so they need to get those replaced as it was a little dark. A fan would be a nice addition, as the air flow is not great if its hot. A microwave would also be a nice touch. On the plus side, there was an exhaust fan I the bathroom to hell with the moisture, as so many others do not.
We would stay here again !

Dear Scott,
thank you for your review and the ideas you shared to improve our apartment.
We just installed a new microwave as the old one had to be replaced (didn't work anymore).
A fan is normally not needed in Germany as it's not that warm even during summer, unfortunately the weather was extraordinary hot during your stay! But we are considering to provide a fan for the flat.
We also checked all the lightbulbs and they work just fine, if the switch in the kitchen is turned on. Then everything is in bright light.
For the internet we want apologize, our provider had some problems that day. We are checking with homeaway.com if we can refund part of your payment.
We hope we'll welcome you again some day!

Moderne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung in Wolnzach zu dritt für 7 Übernachtungen gebucht. Dank des Schlüsseltresors waren wir in der Anreisezeit flexibel. Beim Eintritt in die Ferienwohnung konnten wir feststellen: die Internetfotos haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und liebevoll dekorierte bayrische Ferienwohnung. Tagesausflüge nach München, Regensburg, Augsburg, Nürnberg und Ingolstadt haben unseren ersten Bayern-Urlaub abgerundet.
