About this property

4BR/ 3.5 Bath Home situated on 10 acres of land including an outdoor entertainment area that has everything you need. Large open floor plan with double French doors that line the back of the house providing a gorgeous view of the outdoor entertainment area. The Master bedroom is appointed with a king size bed, Roku tv and attached bathroom which includes a Walk in master shower and a separate large jacuzzi tub for your relaxing needs. Large sectional sofa in the great room provides a plethora of seating. Our home has 5 HDTV Smart TV’s ranging from 50-65” with WIFI included. TV’s are located in the living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedrooms, game room and outdoor pavilion/ entertainment area. The game room has bunk beds (twin over full ), a sofa, 2 extra large leather recliners and a PS5 for additional entertaining. We have a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances , open dining area with additional bar seating that can accommodate 11. The main floor houses the kitchen, dining, master bedroom-bathroom, 2 half baths, laundry room and an office/twin bedroom. Upstairs you will find 2 queen size bedrooms, a full bath and the game room which has bunk beds. We are centrally located between Tupelo and Pontotoc. 10 minutes to The City of Tupelo or Pontotoc, 40 minutes to Oxford- home of the Ole Miss Rebels, 60-70 min to Starkville (MS State Bulldogs) and only an hour 15 to Memphis.
Please be advised this is our primary residence so there will be certain closets or cabinets that will be locked during your stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pick up and bag all trash, leave in garage. Load and run dishwasher prior to departure. Lock all doors and notify me when you check out.
