Studio-cabin balcony in a 7-level residence (level - 1, no elevator), 20 m² Expo S-Est. 600 m. from the shops (Prairie des Sagnes). Access to the slope (downhill skiing) at 150 m. & possible return by Masseboeuf chairlift. Individual ski locker and collective parking & Bike storage.
- Entrance-cabin: 2 bunk beds, bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
- Living room: kitchen area (2 burners, oven, 1 microwave, cupboard, fridge), dining area, 1 sofa bed. 1 DVD PLAYER
