The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take out the trash on Monday and/or Thursday mornings. You can put them out the night before and retrieve them after trash is picked up. Please put them in the garage.
Second, due to the heat of Texas and the pool heater, the water in the pool evaporates. Please turn on the water to fill pool up to half way of the surrounding tiles.
There are NOT any check out routine. The cleaning team will take care of everything. After all, you’re here to relax.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash days: Monday and Thursday. Please have the trash cans out on the curb up to the night before and place them back into the garage after pick up.
Pool. There is no life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk. You are responsible to keep an eye on all children in the backyard at all times.

Perfect location near everything. The kids loved the pool and all the open space in the backyard. Gazebo was the perfect spot to sit and relax to enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend.

Great house. It worked out perfectly for a visit with children and grandchildren. The kids loved the pool and there was lots of room to spread out. Less expensive than a couple of hotel rooms and this was you have a kitchen and lots of common area to hang out.

Comfy Oasis

The home had the perfect set up for kids and family time, with an open concept floor plan between the living area, dining room, and kitchen!This led straight to the beautiful and well-kept pool! The pull-out couch was great for when the kids wanted to pile up together for movies, and the master provided a quality mattress and pillows for a good night’s rest!Would love to stay here again in the future!

Quiet neighborhood - quick to all of DFW area.

The property has good space for the 6 that stayed with bunks in the "kids" rooms. Also quiet and easy access to the metro area.

Lovely home

This home was a great place to stay. It is very comfy and roomy with three bedrooms and a sofa couch and two bathrooms. We were visiting family and close to the airport. There was lots of towels and toiletries and washer and dryer was included. My spent our nights in the gazebo, but what we really enjoyed was the pool. The pool was definitely heated. I want to thank Mr Johnson, he was great and always check.

I had family in town for the holidays and needed a place for overflow. The house was in the perfect location, clean, had everything needed and the owners were very responsive. The upside was that there was no checklist of things to do at the end of the stay.

Family retreat

This was a great house to gather our Texas family together for the holiday. We could easily sit 10 people for a meal. The pool was great! Any questions were answered and resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

From beginning to end, this host was excellent with communication! He made the booking process easy as we had some questions. He was very responsive to our messages. The check in process was great! He checked in after our first night to make sure everything was good. The area is great too. The nice quiet neighbourhood. Heated pool, all the facilities are needed and on site laundry were a huge bonus. Close to the grocery store and some great restaurants.Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Close to the airport and shopping, clean and comfortable. Owner was awesome about us checking in late due to a flight delay. My only complaint is that the bushes intruded on the walkway. I got snagged a few times and tore my shirt.
