Fantastische gastheer en verblijf

Het appartement is gesitueerd in een keurige buitenwijk van Wenen, niet ver van het centrum. Op ruim 600 meter lopen vind je de metro U3 die je direct naar de Stephansplatz brengt. Bijna alle highlights kun je goed belopen, maar bijvoorbeeld Schonbrunn ligt wel buiten het centrum, maar ook daar stopt een metrolijn. Het appartement van Alexander is compact maar echt mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Onze auto stond veilig achter de poort. Bovenal is Alexander een charmante gastheer. Wij hielden het appartement zelf keurig bij, zoals we gewend zijn te doen. Maar er komt elke dag een 'poets' om alles te cleanen, bedden op te maken e.d. Erg luxe dus. In de tuin is ook nog een romantisch pkekje om prive te relaxen. Alexander voorzag ons ruimschoots van tips en alle nodige informatie, al hadden wij ons natuurlijk zelf ook terdege voorbereid en bijvoorbeeld online kaarten gekocht voor de Spaanse Rijschool Hofburg en Schonbrunn. Tip: maak vanuit Wenen ook een dagtocht naar Bratislava, direct met de trein vanuit Wenen in iets meer dan een uur. Wij hadden vijf prachtige dagen mede dankzij Alexander. En dat Wenen ons op iedere hoek van de stad heeft verbaasd zal niemand verbazen die er ooit was.
