Nice place and centrally located

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor area with BBQ grill. Enjoyed the fact that it was in a real neighborhood and not a tourist district. Its less than a 20 minute drive to pretty much anywhere on the island (note: rental car/GPS is a must). If we ever return to St. Thomas would definitely stay there again.

overall great

newly remodeled apartment, great ac. even had a generator for the one time the electricity went out. it was a little far + you definitely need a car if you stay here, but it was worth it.

Great house but location not desirable

House is very well done on the inside with great remodeling and very clean. But their is no ocean or mountain view and not the best neighborhood with rundown cars and some abondoned houses around. Owners are very friendly and accessible.

Great place

This was a great place and comfortable for our 2 families! We could get to any of the side of the island within 15-20min. The only negative was it isn’t very easy to get to. It’s in the middle of a residential area. Overall great place.
