This 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 5 and has a double bed, twin bed and pull out queen size sofa. There is a large living room and dining area perfect for watching TV and relaxing after a day of fishing or hunting. There is a covered fish cleaning station with electricity and running water so you can avoid the long lines at the marina. The large backyard has a fire pit and a BBQ/Smoker is available for use as well.

Fishing trip

Cute cottage and in a great location close to Linwood Marina. Nice bonfire in the back and appreciated the freezer for fish while we went out the next day again. Would stay here again.

Great spot to stay if you are fishing Saginaw Bay, nice setup for fishermen. Place was clean and comfortable and easy parking if pulling your boat.

Fishing tournament

We truly enjoyed this cottage. The owners were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and nice. Plenty of parking for boat and truck. Outside plug. We would book again if we come back.
