Welcome to this newly renovated 2 bedroom plus loft & 1.5 bath spacious condo with ground level access, no stairs to get inside here, park and walk in, enjoy 4 smart tv's, Alexa's in each main space, and a washer and dryer. We offer gravity chairs for you to enjoy sitting outside the sliding glass door to take in the nature Brian Head offers. This unit is modern, yet still mountain friendly. Come enjoy this special space

This unit is meant to be enjoyed not abused!! Invite your friends and family, we have 2 queen size beds, 2 roll out twin beds, one king size couch/bed in loft, king size tempurpedic mattress topper if needing to sleep on the ground, 2 pack n plays, sheets, blankets, and pillows galore. If needed the couch can be a place to sleep as well.

Very clean, good communication, convenient location. Well stocked with toiletries, dish and laundry soaps. Ran low on hot water for showers, otherwise very comfortable.

Place was not as described. It was stated to have two full bathrooms, and there was only one shower and a half bath. Additionally, the loft was stated to have two twin beds, a queen, a futon… in reality it had two twins that were on the floor, and pushed together made a queen. These main reasons cause the second family in our group (part of our reservation) to not come. As such, we ended up with a cost that was twice what we were expecting. Additionally, there were things within the unit that were subpar. No cutting boardNo mixing bowlInsufficient beddingNeeds blackout curtainsCoffee maker wouldn’t workAfter arriving to this place that was not what we expected, we scoured the reviews, and found one from two years ago that addresses many of these things. Needless to say, the owners didn’t change anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

That said, we understand how important clarity is when traveling with multiple families, and we regret that the setup did not work well for your group’s needs. We’re also sorry to hear that certain household items and amenities fell short during your stay. While the home is stocked based on typical guest use, we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. We thought the reset on the coffee machine had fixed the issue, and if it had not, we wish we had been notified during your stay so we could have addressed any issues in real time. We have vendors in place for any issues like this. Regarding the additional family in your group, we understand how unexpected changes can be frustrating, especially when plans shift. Unfortunately, we’re unable to control changes in group size once a reservation is confirmed. We appreciate your perspective and are sorry that your experience was not the one we strive to provide. Perfect for Small Groups

Our group spent a night here. Awesome place that slept 6 adults comfortably. The living room / kitchen area was perfect for our group. Full functioning kitchen with sink and dishwasher. Dining table was great for card games and conversing. Definitely cozy. Plenty of parking spots near by as well. Just a 5(ish) minute drive to Giant Steps. Will likely be returning in the future.

Cute little place

Great little property. Spacious kitchen and living area. The stairs are steep so be careful. Might not be good for a person with knee issues. Also kind of slippery especially if it's snowy. Be sure to have 4 wheel drive or snow chains if you are visiting and it has recently snowed, as the drive way into the parking lot is steep. Overall a great experience.

The property was listed as having plenty of beds in the loft. It was not clear from the description that the loft is in one of the bedrooms and it could only fit one pull out couch. My 2 kids slept on small folding cots which were very uncomfortable.2. Nasty pillows - we found plenty of pillows in the closet but they were old and had yellow stains. Please just replace them.3. Insufficient bedding - the unit is supposed to fit our party of 7 but they had only thin throws and not enough blankets. We asked for more blankets but were given more throws.4. Bright rooms - the master had very thin white curtains but there is a street light directly in front of the window making the bedroom very bright at night. Maybe invest in some blackout blinds.5. Not enough hot water. Half of our party took cold showers, even when we all took super short showers.” Not the most enjoyable after a long day of skiing.6. Cheap plates. Please invest in some ceramic plates and cups. The plastic ones are very cheap. Also, a kettle would be helpful.7. Uncomfortable beds - the beds are in such poor shape none of us slept well during our stay. Overall, I would not recommend this unit. Although it is renovated, everything felt very cheap.
