This fully renovated 3 bed, 3 bath Edgewater golf villa (in the 800 building) is child- and family-friendly and specially designed with your experience in mind. This ground floor Edgewater golf villa sleeps 10 (maximum of 8 adults) in three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, complete with brand new tiled shower. The main bedroom has a king bed, the middle bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds), and the front bedroom has a king bed. Two full sized sofas in the living room provide plenty of comfortable seating. Four Polywood Adirondack rocking chairs provide great outdoor seating with views to the golf course and beyond. Lily Pond is located on the executive golf course, facing the Gulf of Mexico (across the street), with a heated pool right in its backyard. Tennis/pickle ball courts and conference center are a quick walk. Edgewater’s Lagoon Pool and beach are a short walk or tram ride over the bridge. The Lagoon Pool features a kids play area, hot tubs, Oceans restaurant and Shakers beach bar, and the sugar white sandy Gulf of Mexico beach. Very convenient parking just outside the front door (two parking passes included; a third is $50 extra.) Please note: NO sofa bed; maximum occupancy is 8 adults, 10 people total. NO smoking inside. NO pets. Lily Pond has been thoughtfully renovated and professionally decorated with quality, stylish furnishings and a nod to Old Florida Palm Beach style! Enjoy Panama City Beach and Edgewater Beach Resort’s unparalleled landscaping and amenities, and relax in a super clean, comfortable, beachy retreat. Right next door is Lily Pond’s sister property, Lily Pad (VRBO#2529335), a ground floor villa with 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, one with two queen beds), both with attached bathrooms and the same renovation and decor. Lily Pond and Lily Pad’s ground floor patios are right each beside each other, perfect for family gatherings. We also have a newly-renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo at Boardwalk Beach Resort (VRBO#3127174.) This is a special, unique rental property that we are happy to share with families looking for updated, comfortable and stylish accommodations. Please note: Edgewater Beach Resort does not allow guests to bring pets and pets are not allowed in this condo. Any evidence of pets will result in loss of full damage deposit.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful week at Lily Pond! The villa exceeded our expectations and was clean, updated beautifully and supplied with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location is perfect! Even though it’s not directly on the beach it’s a close walk and there is a convenient tram that does pick up and drop offs on the propery. The kids loved the pool and the resort entertainment which included live music and evening movie night by the pool. We will definitely be back!

I grew up vacationing in Panama City Beach and at Edgewater since it opened. We are long-time Edgewater owners and love the unique beauty and amenities that set it apart. We have renovated several villas, restoring them to their former glory as comfortable, stylish, beach retreats with families traveling with children in mind. My family has stayed in many VRBO rentals all over the country which has helped in designing this property as well.

Why they chose this property

Edgewater has it all on site for family fun - pools, golf, tennis, pickle ball, gym, private beach with chairs and umbrellas, restaurant and pool bar. Just across the street is the spa, manicure/pedicure, bowling, ice cream, and restaurants, including some of PCB’s best - Firefly and Dee’s Hangout. Only a short drive away on Thomas Drive is St. Andrews National Park, Sea Screamer sunset cruises, and many restaurants including Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderon's, Dat Cajun Place, and Sisters of the Sea.

What makes this property unique

Staying in the Edgewater villas allows you to avoid elevators, garages, and stairs. Lily Pond is a ground floor villa with parking just outside the front door. It is across the street from the beach and Lagoon Pool but only steps from the bridge that you can walk or take the tram over. On the villa side, you have access to a heated pool and pond with fountain just outside your sliding patio door. Tennis courts, the conference and fitness center, and beautiful landscaping are only steps away.
