A car and bicycle parking space is available on the property. Towel packages, travel cots, and high chairs can be borrowed for a fee. The visitor's tax due in the Imperial Spas is payable in cash on arrival.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
