Dune Residence B 14 - Dune Residence B 14
Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful, colorful apartment with lots of comfort and spectacular views of the beach, the sea and the idyllic Schloonsee on the south side of the house. A large, wrap-around and partially covered loggia lets you enjoy these views in any weather. The modern kitchen facilities ensures that you can prepare meals and drinks also problem itself. A washer and dryer can be used in the house for a fee of € 4.00.
Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 Dünenresidenz. Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
